CARTERS Trade Portal Terms and Conditions
These CARTERS Trade Portal terms are to be read in conjunction with the CARTERS STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE, the CARTERS PRIVACY POLICY and the CARTERS TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WEBSITE.
When you access the CARTERS Trade Portal, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms below. If you do not agree to these terms, you should log out from the CARTERS Trade Portal and contact your LOCAL CARTERS BRANCH to order directly.
1. Orders
The CARTERS Trade Portal enables you to place order requests for goods from the selected CARTERS branch. All orders are subject to the CARTERS STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE. A binding contract is created when CARTERS sends an order confirmation.
2. Pricing
All pricing in the CARTERS Trade Portal excludes GST and is subject to change without notice.
3. Goods Availability
Goods may be added or removed from the CARTERS Trade Portal without notice. Goods featured may not be available in all Carters branches and lead times may apply. The order confirmation or your local customer sales representative will confirm the estimated date for collection or delivery. The actual Goods may differ slightly from the image in the CARTERS Trade Portal.
4. Delivery of Goods
Freight charges may apply to orders requiring delivery and these will be confirmed in the order confirmation or by your local customer sales representative. If you have ordered a hazardous good there may be special requirements to deliver this product safely. A customer service representative will contact you.
5. Trademarks
Any trademarks in the CARTERS Trade Portal are the property of the respective owners.
6. Collecting and Using Information That Does Not Identify You
If you use the CARTERS Trade Portal Carters may also collect information that does not identify a particular user but the computer or mobile device that is being used to access the CARTERS Trade Portal. For example, we may use:
Analytics / Log files - we use log files in order to enhance your experience on our websites and to analyse trends. Log files gather information, such as which URL you just came from, which URL you visit next, what browser you are using and your IP address. Users who log in to our website also have their IP address automatically logged. An IP address can be used to identify a user; however, we will treat this information as personal information.

Cookies enable us to provide you with a better experience by enabling the website to know that you have visited before and in some cases to record preferences in order to personalise your visit. 7. Facebook Data Deletion
If you use your Facebook account to log into CARTERS Trade Portal, Facebook collects and shares your User Name, email address and profile image with CARTERS (“Facebook Data”).
You can request your Facebook Data be deleted from the CARTERS Trade Portal platform by contacting the CARTERS Trade Portal Support Team at tradeportalsupport@carters.co.nz. The CARTERS Trade Portal Support Team will endeavour to have your Facebook Data removed within 24 hours of your request.
